HDPE Temporary Road Mat Production Line

Fully automatic HDPE temporary road mat extrusion line for manufacturing heavy-load ground protection plates. Suitable for new and recycled HDPE materials, with embossing anti-slip surface, online cutting and auto stacking system.

This complete extrusion line is specially used to produce HDPE ground protection mats, temporary road plates for construction sites, engineering vehicles, excavators and heavy machinery.

The line adopts single screw extruder with high plasticizing capacity, equipped with large flat die, three-roll calender forming unit, circulating water cooling system, online cutting and automatic stacking device. It can produce solid HDPE road mats with anti-slip patterns on both sides. The finished boards feature high impact resistance, pressure resistance, anti-slip, anti-corrosion, waterproof and reusable performance, widely applied in construction, oil fields, mining, event venues and outdoor engineering.

Support raw material: virgin HDPE pellets or recycled HDPE flakes. The whole line is controlled by PLC touch screen, stable operation, low labor demand. Mat width, thickness and length can be customized according to customer requirements.
