PE extrusion granulation production line

PE recycling pelletizing line integrates complete shredding, washing, dewatering and two-stage extrusion granulation system, specially designed for waste LDPE/LLDPE/HDPE agricultural film, stretch film and plastic packaging bags .

Double stage granulation production line:

Forced pellet feeder → First stage extrusion (coarse melting, removal of large amounts of water vapor impurities) → Hydraulic non-stop screen replacement and coarse filtration → Second stage extrusion (deep plasticization, vacuum devolatilization) → Double station fine screen changer → Mold head → Water ring cutting/strip water cooling → Centrifugal dehydration → Vibration screen grading → Air delivery to storage bin → Automatic packaging.

Single stage granulation line:

Spiral feeding → Forced feeding → Single screw extrusion (with vacuum exhaust) → Hydraulic screen changer → Water ring cutting → Dehydration screening → Storage packaging

The equipment is equipped with complete set of 304 stainless steel cleaning parts, frequency conversion intelligent control, and 2-3 people can operate the entire production line. The water circulation system is environmentally friendly and water-saving.
