PE film recycling washing line

This complete PE film recycling washing line is used for waste agricultural film, shopping bag film, industrial LDPE/HDPE packaging film. The process includes crushing, friction washing, sink-float separation, squeezing dewatering. It can remove sand, glue, ink and PVC impurities efficiently, with water recycling system to save cost. Output clean PE flakes can directly feed into pelletizer.

Process flow of PE film recycling washing line:

1. Feeding conveyor: equipped with magnetic separation to remove iron wires and metal impurities from the film.

2. Forced crusher: Double claw forced feeding, thickened knife holder, suitable for winding and thick hard film; The knife set can be quickly disassembled and assembled to handle dirty agricultural film with mud, weeds, and debris.

3. Pre cleaning mixing tank: Mix with large water, and discharge sediment and stones to the bottom.

4. Friction cleaning machine: High speed blade with strong friction to wash away ink, glue, and oil stains.

5. Spiral dewatering machine: high pressure extrusion dewatering, with controlled moisture content of 8% -12% in the discharged material.

6. Hot air dryer: Hot air circulation drying, moisture content reduced to less than 3%

7. Finished product discharge conveying and storage bin: Clean PE film material is directly conveyed to the inlet of the granulator
