Waste PET Plastic Bottle Recycling Line

This complete recycling line is specially designed for processing waste plastic beverage bottles, mineral water bottles, oil bottles and other plastic packaging waste.

The whole process includes bale breaking, label removing, crushing, hot alkali washing, float-sink separation, high-speed friction cleaning, dehydration and drying. It can remove labels, glue, oil stains and impurities thoroughly to produce clean PET flakes with high purity.

The line adopts stainless steel structure, corrosion-resistant design, low water consumption and energy-saving configuration. It can be matched with granulator to make plastic pellets for re-extrusion. Controlled by PLC system, stable operation, easy maintenance, suitable for plastic waste recycling factories.
