PVC Imitation Marble Sheet Production Line

This line is specially designed for producing PVC stone plastic decorative wall panels with natural marble texture, equipped with SJSZ80/156 conical twin-screw extruder, 1220mm wide sheet mould, 3-roll calender with online film laminating system, UV coating machine and automatic cutting stacker. Main Output: 300–500kg/h, sheet width 1220mm, thickness 2–6mm.

PVC Marble Board Production Line flow:

Raw material ratio → High speed hot mixing+cold mixing → Vacuum feeding → Cone double extruder → sheet extrusion mold → Three roll calendering+Marble color film heat transfer printing → Cooling roller → Automatic edge cutting → Servo traction → UV curing treatment → Fixed length cutting → Automatic stacking → Finished product storage
