PVC & PE Waterproof Membrane Production Line

This integrated extrusion line is designed to produce both PVC construction waterproof sheets and HDPE/LDPE geomembranes.

PVC Waterproof Roll Production Line:

Raw material ratio → hot mixing+cold mixing → twin-screw extrusion → filtration → extrusion melt die → four roll rolling+compounding → cooling → corona treatment → traction cutting → fixed length winding → finished product

Application of PVC roll material: waterproofing of factory roofs, basements, tunnels, and exposed areas of civil air defense projects.

PE Waterproof Membrane Production Line:

PE particle feeding → single screw extrusion → filtration → extruded sheet T die head → three roll calendering (composite polypropylene cloth) → cooling and shaping → traction → winding

Advantage of waterproof membrane production line:

1. One machine dual-use: By switching small number of accessories, PVC building waterproofing membrane and PE geotechnical anti-seepage membrane can be produced, which is suitable for customers' multi category order needs
