Full Automatic PVC Swimming Pool Liner Waterproof Membrane Extrusion Line

This complete extrusion line is specially designed for manufacturing swimming pool PVC lining waterproof membranes.


PVC Waterproof Roll Production Line finished PVC pool liners feature high flexibility, chlorine resistance, anti-ultraviolet performance, stable dimensional stability and safe non-toxic formula, fully meeting swimming pool anti-leakage standards.

 

Adopting conical twin-screw extruder with vacuum exhaust system, the equipment realizes uniform plasticization without air bubbles or crystal spots. Equipped with wide flat die, four-roll precise calendering unit and constant-tension lamination system, it can produce homogeneous PVC liners and reinforced PVC liners with polyester mesh inside. The online thickness gauge ensures consistent sheet thickness, while corona treatment improves hot air welding performance for pool construction.

 

Full sets include automatic batching & mixing system, extruder,Two stations column screen changer,Melt metering g pump,mold,Coating Composite Forming Machine, reinforcing fabric unwinding & compounding unit, multi-roll cooling shaping machine, edge trimming, online scrap recycling, traction and double-station auto winder. PLC intelligent control system realizes stable continuous production, with adjustable product width and thickness to satisfy various swimming pool liner specifications.
