PVC recycling and granulation production line

The PVC recycling and granulation production line is specialized in processing waste PVC materials. It is divided into cleaning pretreatment and complete set of two-stage granulation equipment.

Produce high quality recycled PVC particles, which can be used to reproduce cables, pipes, and profiles.

The production capacity of 180-1000kg/h can be customized according to demand, and the entire production line only requires 2-3 people to operate.

Single screw double stage granulation line:

Forced feeding machine → First stage pre plasticization (low-temperature melting, discharging water vapor and volatile substances) → Hydraulic screen replacement coarse filtration → Second stage precision extrusion (multi-stage vacuum exhaust) → Special PVC die head → Water cooling/water ring cutting → Centrifugal dehydration → Vibration screening → Finished product bin
