PVC indoor wood plastic wall panel production line process:

PVC powder+wood powder additive → cold and hot mixing → vacuum feeding → cone double extruder → sheet mold → vacuum shaping cooling → traction → fixed length cutting → finished product stacking

Process of PE outdoor wood plastic profile production line:

PE particles+dried wood powder+UV resistant additive → mixing silo → parallel twin-screw extrusion → special-shaped mold → vacuum spray shaping → traction cutting → material stacking
