Core Principles of Plastic Pyrolysis Machine
Heat the waste plastic in an oxygen-free sealed reactor at 450–520°C to pyrolyze and gasify the polymer. The pyrolysis oil undergoes multi-stage condensation to separate fuel oil, while non-condensable combustible gases are recovered for self-heating. Residual solids are discharged in small quantities, achieving waste plastic resource-based oil refining
Processable raw materials: PE plastic film, PP woven bag, HDPE barrel, PS foam, ABS plastic shell
Product output(PE/PP raw materials) according to Waste Plastic Recycling Pyrolysis Plant
1. Cracking fuel oil: 45% -60% (can be used for industrial boilers, generators, and diesel blending)
2. Gaseous gas: 15% -25% (for reheating heating, significantly reducing fuel costs)
3. Solid residue: 10% -18% (small amount of carbon powder, impurities)
