Waste Tire Shredder
The tyre shredder is essential pre-processing equipment for waste tyre pyrolysis plant,It cuts whole tires into small pieces and separates steel wires partially, improving oil yield of pyrolysis.
Purpose of Tyre Shredder:
As pre-treatment equipment for tire pyrolysis plant, truck tires, car tires, and engineering tires are sent for shredding, cut into small pieces, and initially separate the internal steel wires to improve the feeding efficiency of the pyrolysis furnace and increase the oil yield.
Applicable raw materials: car tires, truck tires, bus tires, giant waste tires for construction machinery.
Double Shaft Tire Shredder:
1. Thickened wear-resistant alloy cutting tools, resistant to steel wire wear
2. Hydraulic forced feeding to prevent tire slippage
3. Overload automatic reverse protection motor
4. The discharge screen can be replaced to control the size of the discharge
5. Optional matching belt conveyor, automatically feeding to the cracking furnace
