Process Principle of Pyrolysis Plant

Waste tires are heated in an anaerobic closed reactor at 420-500 ℃ for thermal cracking, and rubber polymers are decomposed into oil and gas. The fuel oil is separated by multi-stage water cooling condensation; Non condensable combustible gas is recycled back to the furnace for heating, with no open flame combustion throughout the process, and is equipped with desulfurization, dust removal, and environmental protection devices.

 

Raw material adaptation: car tires, truck tires, engineering tires, waste rubber; It is recommended to use a tire shredder to crush and remove steel wires before feeding, in order to improve oil efficiency.

 

Four major products from Waste Tyre Recycling Pyrolysis Plant:

1. Tire fuel oil 37% -46%

High calorific value, can be directly supplied to brick factories, cement plants, metal smelting, boilers, and generators; Deep distillation can process non-standard diesel.

2. Coarse carbon black 30% -38%

After granulation, it is used for rubber filling, plastic filling, pigments, and building materials.

3. Recycled steel wire 12% -18%

Directly selling to scrap steel recycling stations ensures stable metal returns.

4. Combustible exhaust gas 10% -15%

Automatic heat recovery significantly reduces operating costs.
