Waste oil pyrolysis plant

Processing raw materials:

Cabin oil sludge, bottom oily water, and heavy oil sediment residue

Ship waste engine oil, hydraulic oil, diesel waste oil, lubricating oil waste liquid.

Pyrolysis system:

Adopting a horizontal corrosion-resistant reaction vessel, indirectly heated without oxygen at 350-550 ℃, to isolate oxygen and prevent the production of dioxins; Built in mixing and anti sticking wall structure, segmented and precise temperature control.

Condensation separation system:

1. Liquid cracking fuel oil (main product, can be directly supplied to ship boilers and sold to refineries);

2. Non combustible gas (methane, ethane, recovered and burned for heating, almost no need to purchase external fuel);

3. Process wastewater (purified and discharged in compliance with standards);

Exhaust environmental protection purification system:

Cyclone dust removal+spray desulfurization+activated carbon adsorption triple purification, achieving standard emissions of exhaust gas;

Residue discharge system:

After cracking, the solid residue (inorganic sediment, carbon black) is automatically discharged in a closed manner and can be processed into building materials and fillers, achieving full resource utilization of hazardous waste without landfill pollution;

PLC fully automatic control system:

Intelligent frequency control of the whole machine, automatic monitoring of temperature, negative pressure, feeding, and slag discharge throughout the process;

Three types of products:

1. Cracking fuel oil (oil yield 65% -82%)

It can be directly used as fuel for port ships, boiler fuel, or sent to refining equipment for diesel processing;

2. Gaseous gas (15% -22%)

Full process recycling and combustion heating, equipment operation is basically self-sufficient in energy, significantly reducing operating costs;

3. Solid residue (10% -25%)

After oil removal, it is harmless and can be used as roadbed and building material filling.
